By Car: We are located on the
outskirts of Matlock. Take the A6 North in the direction of Bakewell
from the Crown roundabout in the centre of Matlock. Go past the bus
station on your right and take the first right up Dimple road.
Follow this road mostly uphill ignoring all turnings off until you
reach a T-junction, turn right and then immediately turn left, sign
posted Farley and Hackney. Take the first left onto Hackney Road,
the Laburnum Inn is on the corner. We are approximately a quarter of
a mile along Hackney Road on the left hand side.
By train, bus or coach: There is a
regular train service from Derby Central Station to Matlock. Do
remember whatever you make will have to be carried home and you will
almost certainly need to change trains.
There are regular coach services from Derby and Chesterfield and
connecting Bus Services. At the time of writing the National Express
run a daily service from London to Matlock.
We will collect or deliver you to Matlock Bus Station and Matlock
Railway Station. We will collect or deliver from further afield
(e.g. Chesterfield) at a small charge.
