Curtain making and soft furnishing long weekend - 4 days Learn to make a small lined curtain, roman blind, cushions etc. Beginners and the very rusty. Accommodation available	£360 From 2011 £395 + materials	15th October'10 21st January '11 1st April '11	Click here for information
One day classes You can bring any small project you like to these 6 hour days - cushions, simple roman blinds, small upholstery projects, very simple loose covers, small curtains etc. No accommodation We also have a regular evening class please contact us for details.	£60 per day + materials lunch not included	18th September 23rd October 20th November	Click here for information

Numbers on each course are limited to 3 or 4 people.

• Lunch is included in the course fee on the long weekend courses.

Bed & Breakfast is £35 per night. Dinner is £15 for 2 courses. (A complimentary glass of wine is offered with dinner; do bring wine with you if you wish.) We have 2 double bedrooms and one single room. Partners are most welcome at additional cost.

A 4 day course with accommodation and dinner in the evening would be as follows:
• 3 nights dinner, bed and breakfast (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) @ £50 per night = £150
• 4 full days tuition £395 Total= £545.
Most students choose to arrive the previous evening (Thursday) and this nights bed and breakfast is £35 bringing the total to £580

We keep a number of upholstery frames in stock for those without a piece of furniture.

All materials except the main fabric are kept in stock and a charge is made at the end of each course for the materials each student uses. You are however welcome to bring all your own materials with you if you wish.

We have 3 sewing machines - A domestic machine, a small industrial suitable for soft furnishings and a heavy industrial walking foot machine, suitable for upholstery and bulky furnishing work. None the less students still sometimes prefer to bring their own machines with them so you are most welcome too - better the devil you know!
